Since I was little I was eating these caramels. As I got older I tried my hand at making them myself. I love them and so I started making them for my family. They loved them so then it was on to friends. And my friends really loved them so now I'm sharing them with anyone that wants to taste real old-fashioned caramels with a hand-me-down recipe from my Great Aunt.
Aunt Ennie's Caramels are all cooked, cut and wrapped by hand by me, Aunt Ennie. Shapes and sizes of each piece will vary due to the fact that it's a human being and not a machine making them. Eat them by yourself or share with others, if you can!
